General Information
Foreign tourists who wish to enter Japan must have a valid passport and obtain a visa before coming, except for people from 68 countries and regions (in accordance with the visa exemption agreements).

An invitation letter and visa application documents (letter of guarantee and letter of reason for invitation) will be provided.
In order to qualify for an invitation letter, you must have paid the conference registration fee. Then, please fill out a visa invitation letter request form and e-mail it to XNPIG2019LOC. PDF copies of an invitation letter and visa application documents will be sent to you by e-mail in advance. After your confirmation, the original will be sent to you by air.
