Registration Fee includes

✓	Scientific Sessions, Poster Session, and Company Exhibitions.
✓	Abstract book of XNPIG2019.
✓	Conference Reception (20 October, 2019).
✓	Lunch boxes (21-23 October, 2019).

Banquet & Excursion Information

✓	Banquet and excursion fees are not included in the registration fee. Please make your reservation via registration system website (by JTB). For more information please check the guidance.
✓	The banquet will be provided at SAKURA Hall-1, Sendai international center on 22 October, 2019. Banquet fee is JPY5,000/person.
✓	A half-day tour to Matsushima is scheduled for excursion in the afternoon of 23 October, 2019. Excursion fee is JPY10,000/person. For more information on the tour, please click here.

Tutorial Session Information
